Customer care is taken care of through email support at Kirk@rapid-forge.com, Please be patient and allow 2-5 business days for a response. If you are confused with a product and need some instructional assistance, I will do my best to direct you in the right direction. This is mostly a DIY shop for people who have seen my videos and would like to try out similar projects, With that being said, a lot of my products may require some previous knowledge of soldering, coding, or building.

As a DIY electronics wholesaler, Rapid-Forge.com is not responsible for any injuries or damages that may happen with any of the products on this website. Electronics can short and cause fires, or sparks.  Exposed electronics can shock you. It is your own responsibility to know if you are experienced enough to work with low or high-voltage electronics or dangerous tools. Rapid-forge does its best to provide the highest quality materials and products to minimize risks.

"WhyNotBuildiT" and Rapid Forge condemn any experimenting done with Lithium-ion cells. We only sell kits for 9v or AA batteries for example. I do not recommend anyone pries open vapes for batteries as seen on my social media.

Sales and Returns

Rapid-Forge.com is only run by one person and 10 3D Printers. All 3D printed items are either printed in Resin, PETG, or ABS. This ensures that the product you will be receiving has the best possible strength and quality I can produce. PLA products are at the bottom when it comes to durability, so we avoid using this type of plastic.

Refunds need to be made within 24 hours of the completed purchase. Tracking numbers may take up to 10 days to be sent to your email. Shipping takes 5-30 days on average. If a package is not received after 90 days, a refund is issued. There are no returns after a tracking number is made, Please Email customer support if you receive something broken or damaged

All products on this website are designed to work in the American household (US plug and 110w outlets). I am not responsible for any purchases made on affiliate links that take you to a different website.

This website accepts debit/credit card payments from all major brands: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discovery, and PayPal through a WIX website provider. I do not have access to any credit information, nor can I make any changes to an existing order.
